The Event Conference Call provides a very formal, professional method for clients to conduct complex conference calls
that require fully available involvement by a Conference Administrator. End users can coordinate a professional event
with operators on hand to greet and screen participants, escort them into the conference, conduct customized
introductions, and administer your question-and-answer session. This type of call is 100% monitored. Event Conference
Calls can effectively accommodate 3 to 3000+ participants, and are accessible via toll and toll-free method and/or via
operator dial-out to participants.

Event Express Conference Call (Meet-Me, Toll/Toll-Free, Operator Assisted Conferences)
This is a reservations-based audio conference service for up to 500 participants. Users will be issued at least two toll/toll-free
participant dial-in numbers and a separate speaker dial-in number. At least 60% of those attending will dial-in to the bridge
and drop directly into conference in either a listen only or an interactive mode. The remaining participants will dial-in on a
different number and be answered by a live operator. These participants will have the ability to ask questions. An operator
will monitor the call 100% of the time, and will conduct a managed Q&A session. All Enhanced Services are supported on
this call type.

Automated Event Conference Call (Automated Meet-Me, Toll/Toll-Free)
For scheduled/reserved Meet-Me conference calls up to 500+ participants, DelTel offers Automated Event Call, a time saving
and cost effective completely automated solution for simple announcements and meetings. This automated Meet Me
service allows participants to join the call by dialing in via a toll or toll-free listen-only number or interactive number, then
entering a required passcode to gain access to the conference. The operator is available during the call by pressing (for additional support and trouble-shooting.
Note: this Event Call type does not support a managed Q&A session or
any of the other additional/enhanced services for 500+ participants.
