Why was I billed twice for the first month?

You were not billed twice. Your first monthly statement will show the one-time set-up fee on one line and the first month's service fee on another line.

How do I log in to the system or download the software?

You can login to PBNext in one of two places, the first being our software program. To download the software Click Here. You can also access PBNext on the web. To gain access, got to www.mypbnext.com. You should see a screen that looks like this:

Enter your Account ID, Username, and Password and click login button. The website should open. If it fails, you can try again. If you do not know your login information, click the link: "Don't know your login information? Click here." which is located on the www.mypbnext.com site.
