Call Manager
Getting started with PBNext is a snap, thanks to our unique PBNext Call
Manager software. Once you insert the PBNext CD-ROM into your computer with
a few clicks the software is automatically installed and configured.
The Call Manager features are accessible when you open the PBNext icon from
your desktop, allowing you the capabilities to make and receive calls,
manage and connect to incoming calls, place callers on hold, send callers to
voicemail, transfer calls and initiate three-way or conference calls.

PBNext also features a Web-based interface for managing your PBNext account called "myPBnext". This feature provides
the capability to:
• Check voicemail logs
• Record personal greetings
• Check inbound faxes
• Forward calls
• Update the address book
Requiring a compatible version of Microsoft Internet Explorer, the PBNext Installer will upgrade your computer to the
